Mr. Isber is currently the senior analytical chemist at the company since November 2000. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Isber gave lectures at the Pharmacy college of Damascus university, Syria. He also worked as production supervisor from 1990 to 1993 at AI-Sham Pharmaceutical Co. in Syria.

Mr. Isber obtained his Ph.D. Pharmaceutical Sciences degree from Lvov Medical institute, Ukraine (1990). He also holds his Post Diploma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Ukrainian Medical institute, Ukraine (1986), and his bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical chemistry from Damascus University, Syria (1982).
