Mr. Pusey has served as Director of Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc. since November 1999. He has served as President of Livingston Capital, Ltd. from 1984 to the present. Since 1988, Mr. Pusey has been the President and a director of Cambridge Holdings, Ltd., a publicly held investment firm. He has been actively involved in numerous public and private companies as a founder, consultant, director and at times an officer. Mr. Pusey has been in the venture capital business for approximately the last twenty years. Mr. Pusey graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.S. degree in finance in 1974.
