Ms. Reynolds has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since May 2006. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Reynolds has served as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Direct Marketing and Media companies for the last 20 years. Ms. Reynolds also has served as CEO of her own financial consulting company, Reynolds Financial Solutions.

At the start of her career, Ms. Reynolds had spent several years in public accounting with KPMG on Long Island at which point she became a certified public accountant in the state of New York and is a member of the AICPA. Ms. Reynolds graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a BBA degree in Accounting in 1982.
